On this list, the same question have ask just few days ago another V4MD
user. Please keep archive of this list, or may be do some search of it to
try get answers from old letters.


Answer was -- check Vdatabase.CollationAttribute property

Also I have add more info about this on WIKI
So please search WIKI about Locale Settings

In short you need set for db the
    CollationAttribute( kStrength ) = kPrimary
