[V4REV] problem with binded variables - SQL

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have entered this issue into Mantis, as record# 3733, and attached  
the stack which shows the problem.

This same stack also shows a different problem on Windows. When  
attempting to connect to the same Valentina db file which was used on  
MacOSX, I get the error "invalid database type" when trying to  
connect to the database file.
