Image control with scroll

Hi, List.

I've stuck with new example in all ADK's.

Is anyone know how to create an image control with scrolling
like TextArea? Without third party extensions.

The question apply to REALbasic, VB6, Director, VB.NET, C#,
Revolution.

Any help would be much appreciated.
