why does put revOpenDatabases() not work?

I can't find the TEST.rev stack but I do have the V4REV Examples stack which
has example of API_way (all Valentina). The more I study it the more I find
that the various "V" functions cover everything but there doesn't seem to be
any examples of using "rev" functions.
