RB 2007, 

So lets clarify

    RB see Valentina?
    it have compile project fine and run it,
    then you see problem at runtime, right ?

Have you try to run some V4RB examples? E.g. this

    V4RB/Examples/API_Way/Database_CreateCloseOpen

Have you specify Valentina.Init()  first of all ?
