When you download the current version, there is always a folder with  
samples included and it might be a good choice to start looking at  
these samples.

Furthermore you might have a look at the documentation provided in the

Yes, this DOES matter - and believe me, it hurts me, too. My self- 
build frameworks throws 1300+ warnings.

So if you're about to re-start with valentina you should grab the most  
current (still beta!) version from

	http://valentina-db.com/download/

of course official I must recommend NOT to use a beta version in a  
production environment, but on the other hand this is pretty stable  
und so much better than the last release and at least you need it for  
the last RB release ...
