explanation:

We have try keep examples as simple as possible.
So we just specify name of db, and it is created in the CURRENT WORKING
DIRECTORY.

This rule is old as the world :-)


In real application, most probably you will have menus
    File->New...
    File->Open...

Right?

Then this dialogs will return you path where user want create/open db files.

Problem solved? :-)
