Cursor_GetRecord and Cursor_GetRecords

Hmm, really I do not see this methods !

Question: 
    Did SQLSelectRecords() existed for 1.x ?
    you remember?

If yes, then it seems we have loose above two methods.
If no, then it sounds like we have add this new instead of that two.
