Simple advice -- use English chars. :-)

It is so important to use e.g. Russian for table names??
May be you try give that way for users?


*In theory* there is no limtes.
Only rule of IDENT:

    start with char of undersore.


And right now you can use e.g. Russian chars, but then you must always use
double quotes or []

    from "Человек"


And I know sometimes it not works. We did not spend time to learn why.
