Solution...

    I have recall now that it seems for Linux and may be OS X
    exists OS function to lazy allocate RAM. We ask 100MB,
    but it not allocate 100MB at once...It will do this later ...
    and this still will looks as single piece at last of end.

It needs search for docs.
