Not remember if I have mention this on this list:

We have start develop transactions for Valentina 4.0,
    using idea of Multi-version cache pages.

Record Locks will be deprecated.

Concurrency with multi-version will be much better,
    for example, one user can READ some record,
    and another start to WRITE-modify it.
