FIXED - deletion of sa

Yes, but if your saw had an invisible blade, you wouldn't know you  
were cutting.  And you DID tell me to delete the sa user....what was  
unexpected was that the column didn't refresh to show that it was  
deleted, causing my engineer to relaunch VStudio.  Then he had a  
problem.
