Running VServer Office...

Following the directions to launch VServer Office from the Terminal  
doesn't work.  Always returns:

-bash: /Library/VServer_Office/VServer_Office.app: is a directory

Only way to get VServer to launch at this point is to reboot the  
machine.

Also very confusing that the VServer_Office file is a double-clickable  
application icon but it won't launch the server.  Why is this not a  
Unix executable file but instead a file with a .app extension?
