Displaying either military time or AM/PM in Valentina 1.1

Hi all,

I can't seem to get a time field to display in either

Military time :  13:00:00 to 23:59:59

Or AM / PM    :  1 PM to 11:59:59 PM   

All seem to be from 00:00:00 to 12:59:59


I'm currently using a 3 gig Valentina 1.1 database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
