Error checking in Stored Proc => Vstudio console

As I remember -- PRINT now prints into Warning log file.

To make it print into console of Vstudio -- we need build some bridge
between KERNEL and Vstudio. Right now it is absent...

Ivan, I have told people will not be happy just with log file ...
