Yes I also have think about THIS way,
But Ivan stay on mechanism of properties even for COMMENT.

Actually VStudio just can have buil-in interface to show this SYSTEM
properties of objects. I.e. COMMENT. So for you/user this will be the same
as if they was in SYSTEM table.
