Realbasic - DisableRBDB file not working

Just attempted r4.

Gettng connection errors to the ADK.

Tried to execute r3 still same error.

Well, I also stick to r2.

I have hear that r3 did have many broken things for plugins.
May be in r4 they have fix that.
