VPHP was compiled with PHP 5.2.3 and works fine with 5.2.3 and 5.2.4.
I'm also try as CLI (command line) and from apache 2.0.59.
In the apache.conf also try with php5apache2.dll and with php-cgi.exe
All this work fine!

One note. In the PHP5 was made some changes (I can't find URL)
In a script file main code must be enclosed with <?php HERE CODE ?>
In our examples used <? ?> which is not work with PHP5.

Try it.
