Yes, I see in V4RB code line as

        I_Connection_Ptr pConnection = CreateConnection(
            u_host.c_str(), u_user_name.c_str(),
            u_password.c_str(), "UTF-16", 15432 );

I.e. Here port specified strictly.

Please report this issue into Mantis, so we will improve it for next builds.
