V4RB Problem when importing XML dump

Hi,

When importing an XML dump with Valentina Studio I get this error:

"XML Parse error: encoding specified in XML declaration is incorrect,  
line: 1, position 30"

The line causing the error is:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" standalone="yes" ?>

I don't see any error...

If I try to import it with the app that generated it, I simply get  
this error:

Field "Account_Record" - wrong type "3".

I can't see any error either. Any clue?
