[V4RB] No PPC app from UB machine

Ahhhh,

So you talk about different settings.

Well, note that even if you set PPC only,
    then RB takes from V4RB.rbx the PPC code only,

But the VComponents still present as UB code
    i.e. Double size.

This is why I even do not see big sense set PPC ONLY.
You win not many in size...

In theory PPC only also should works.

    PPC APP
        load can use PPC plugin
            which linked to UB dylibs
                but MAC OS should laod PPC only code.

May be of course PPC only code cannot load UB dylib.
I don't know this.


Here, when I debug 4RB, I Build only PPC RB app,
    but I have also PPC only plugin and dylibs.


Later I will try on my PPC to make it PPC only in RB using
V4RB UB RELEASE to confirm that.
