[V4RB] No PPC app from UB machine

I understand this.  By PPC I mean PowerPC (G5), and I want the  
compiled app to run a PPC machine with the Carbon plugin. This is the  
whole issue -- the G5 can't run the app compiled with Carbon.

I also have the UB plugin installed on the machine, so when I compile  
a UB app everything is fine.
