[VSTUDIO] Mac OS X: quitting the application if a viewer tab is open always leads to a crash

Hi Giacomo,

confirmed, I thought that the problem was resolved with the latest  
beta, but it still happens when the data-editor is open.
I believe it IS limited to the data_editor, I do not have this  
problem when ie the sqleditor is open.
