This build remove one more bottleneck when working with dbs with a lots of
tables, especially under VSERVER.

Now when SQL Editor opens, it must be - very fast open.
thanks to new SQL commands in the kernel:
    
    SHOW KEYWORDS
    SHOW IDENTS OF dbname
    
So Vstudio 3.5b11 do not need do hundreds of SQL queries to collect info
about all existed tables, fields, links, procedures, ...  To do
auto-completion in the SQL Editor.

All this info now comes as result of single query.
