Valentina Studio Crashing on XP and MacOS X - URGENT!

Hi Dave,

I suppose it won't be too long before Ruslan chimes in, but maybe we  
can already win some time by asking the obvious questions and first  
thing is: what version of VStudio did you download.
And then well take it from there.
