Creating a UTF8 Database?

Hi,

Is it possible to create a new UTF8 Database from RunRev? We have  
having loads of problems with UTF16 and we don't really need it. I am  
using the RunRev Database API for now (will change in the future), so  
I need to be able to do it via a revExecuteSQL() call.
