Hmm.

Just yesterday another new V4REV user (Dave) have got it working on windows.

Case 1: example is broken,\
    then to check this you can make new stack, and write just one line
    with Valentina_Init( ) to see if this works.

If not works, then Revolution really not see your V4REV.

Ahhh, Windows. Try restart it!
    Sometimes Windows do not see just installed DLL from

    Program Files/Paradigma Software/VComponents_win
