v4rb Upgrade RB plugin fails

I was working with downloads from late last night (about 10 hours
ago). Carbon did NOT work. I tried to do UB, following Bill's note,
and that appears to work.
Also, I can't seem to run the VServer executable from Terminal. I am
attempting with the executable from the StartupItems directory. This
used to work for me with vServer 2.0... One observation: the 2.5.10
version unix executable identifies itself as "Unix Executable File."
The old 2.0 file, which I successfully run in Terminal, identifies
itself as "Unix ExecutableFile (PowerPC). Any ideas?
Thanks.
