V4MD 2.5.10 does not work

No, I didn't - however...
The issue is I can't get the Xtra itself to initialize - this is long before
I do the connection with a serial #
And I have been waiting patiently for serial #s sinxe I was told I should
have them this LAST Monday
Still no serial #s...
