Problem with 3.0 serial numbers

Is anyone having troubles with their new 3.0 serial numbers? I pasted  
my new number into an app, and every once in a while I receive an  
error that I have gone beyond by 10 minutes and then the index gets  
corrupted. I just delete the index, let Valentina rebuild it, and all  
is okay, for a while.
