Yeah I had already sorted this out again my trial and error.
I'd prefer to be able to turn this on or off thru the ide.

You have to remove the ODBC plugin as well.

Sounds like RB have use V4RB plguin.

Try remove it from plugins folder and build app again.

Although this sounds like RB glitch then
