Will Valentina work with REALbasic 2007 r2 STANDARD Edition?

I'm having the same issues here:

If you have a simple REALbasic Standard project executable 
that uses Valentina v3
could you please post it to me?

Or perhaps a hyperlink to instructions of how to get it to work?
