[V4RB] Apps no longer works on Window Vista

I have did next steps

* clean windows XP2

* install V4RB WIN, choose plguins folder of RB 2007 r1

* run REALbasic, it opens new project on default

* double click Window1, see editor.
    type here "Vale" and I see prompt Valentina
    this means that REALbasic do see plguin.

Please try these steps and let me know result.
