[V4RB] Apps no longer works on Window Vista

Not for me. I delete all, reinstall, run my app and get that error. I  
personally believe the problem comes from the V4RB plugin on the mac.  
I am compiling on the Mac then copy the built app to XP and Vista. I  
also did a full reinstall on Vista.
