[V4RB] Apps no longer works on Window Vista

OK, it's not only the "me too", but Ruslan asked me in another mail  
and here is the answer:

Yes, error is still there and it's the same message shown in the  
screenshot (so I don't need to type all in  my mail).


Btw. interesting enough _sometimes_ the application starts w/o any  
further issue, sometimes I've gotten a complete crash.
