V4RB -- Macho questions again

I just reinstalled the newly uploaded V4RB_2_macho_ub.dmg (Wednesday,  
USA time) and there is no such folder in this location (assuming "usr/ 
local/lib" is the "Library" for the local user). A Spotlight search  
does not locate a "VComponents" folder either. Suggestions?
