Update on VServer and Parrallels

Hi List,

I found that when VServer is already running and afterwards you  
activate the Parrallels network ports, VStudio CAN work with VServer.

So the problem is that probably VServer on launch looks at the  
available network ports and bind his service to all those ports.  
However when ports are activated after VServer booted, the problem in  
VStudio does not arise
