Vstudio "tooltip" bug

There is a small bug in VStudio. When you have a text column in the results 
panel of the SQL editor, and you roll your mouse cursor over it, it attempts to 
show the text as a giant tooltip. Sometimes it works right and a large 
text-filled box appears. But most of the time a box appears and then disappears 
and then appears again, about twice per second. It flashes on/off.

Also just to note that the display of the large tooltip is totally different 
when you are in the data browser. It's very small and only shows a small portion 
of the text, and does not flash.
