Managing VServer with launchd

I have written a quick explanation of how to manage VServer on Mac OS  
10.4 with launchd.  This allows you, for instance, to stop and start  
VServer without rebooting -- very handy for debugging and testing,  
especially when you're doing it all on one machine.  Perhaps people  
are already using launchd, but I don't recall seeing much discussion  
about it here.
