Print Statement in VStudio

Hi List,

I was under the impression (haven knows why) that using the print  
statement in VStudio SQLEditor would redirect the output of the  
statement to the console in this editor.
It is not. Shouldn't it ?

This would permit (I hope) statements like this Print(SHOW PROPERTIES  
of CONNECTION). Now the console just says "executed" . That is  
virtually useless
