Really, I think Lynn just prepare template.

Although here nothing special.
You install on Windows VODBC driver as any other ODBC driver.

Create data source, and connect to it.

Note, that VODBC can work without VSERVER, as any Standalone ADK (e.g. V4RB)
So with VSERVER.
