Create Triggers

This weekend I'll be looking into the new functions (triggers &  
procedures).
A few questions already:

Q1: Is there an API way to create triggers and procedures ?

It looks like there is only the SQL way.

Q2: When using the SQL way does VDatabase.ExecuteSQL ("Create  
Trigger......") return something as a result indicating succes or  
failure
or do just Try...Catch Vexceptions ?


Q3: Can one create,alter and delete  triggers and procedure at any  
point in time during the lifetime of a database, or does this "have"  
to be before inserting records ?
