Hi William,

I have addressed this issue, on my web page,
regarding mixing Valentina versions:

I can't tell you how many hours I wasted on these issue alone.

Thanks,

Subject: valentina studio 3.1 on Mac OS X

Ruslan

I just downloaded the upgrade and installed it and three things I
wasn't expecting happened.

1. It forced me to re-enter my serial number for the registration
process (it should have used the same one when it did the upgrade and
not force users to do this).

2. The valentina studio error still comes up wsJS:Module gui not
loaded. Please tell us how to turn this off.

3. I am on a Mac and I have a simple (very simple I could attach it
to this list email and it is probably small enough) database. When I
try to open it I get the message

"You try to open the database with version 2.50 while the Valentina
Studio uses version 2.60 If you continue ...." so I click "OK" and
this results in an immediate crash of Valentina Studio.

______

Should I email this simple database for testing or is this a known
issue? The database is so simple I could just make it again but I'd
rather not.

Thanks

Bill
