[INFO?] Anybody use RB STANDARD on Windows with V4RB ?

Hi REALBasic developers,

One developer have RB Standard.

When he try use Valentina he get MSG about plugin uses PRO features.

Problem is that even he drop DisableRBDB file, he still get this msg.

We cannot reproduce this on our side. Here it works correctly.

So my question is: 
    if anybody else do use RB Standard on Windows
    and use DisableRBDB trick ?
