Valentina Error when opening RealBasic on Vista

Hi,

I get this error:

Cant' load library VShared_Win32_Release_VC.dll

when trying to open RealBasic 2007r1 on Windows Vista Ultimate. I  
have tried to reinstall V4RB 2.5.6 several times so far but no way.

Anybody else?
