Valentina 2 and Win 98 support

Sorry for posting a semi "dumb" question here, but I can't seem to  
find specific system requirements on pardigmasoft.com.

We are finally looking into making the move from version 1 of  
Valentina, but we're wondering if Valentina 2 supports using Win 98  
(second edition) as a client. Is this so?
