SPEED of ConvertRDB improved in 10+ times.

Hi Guys,

This fact also will affect

    Convert_1_2
    Clone
    LoadXML

Problem was that after load of records into tables
the proxy-PTR fields start to be used in a lots loop-search.
So I just set them to be indexed after inserts done.

This will be included into 2.5.7 build.
