Segment Map corrupted

Hello,

I have a user with a corrupted segment map. When opening the  
Valentina 1.11 database he gets the message "error message: 628010:  
segment map corrupted". He force-quit the application during adding  
of records. What else can he do except doing a dump/load dump in  
VStudio?
