[FIX, V4REV] crash in REVDB if there is no cache size

Hi Robert,

Kirill have reproduce this crash and fix.

Problem was that if you not specify cache size in RevDB call
then ValentinaInit did not creat cache at all.


I will build and upload V4REV 2.5.6 again in nearest 60 minutes.
