SegmentMap is corrupted

You mean he do only read only operations?
And you cannot reproduce the same on your side ??

If this is a case then this is big bug.

May be its possible to check if cloned db is okay if do XML dump.
This will force read all and any records.
So if map is fine, then XML dump must be done

So far we will have only your db.

Testing with app required app and detailed steps to reproduce problem.
